Read README.md, then run python scripts/build_agent_card_gate.py ... on authorized, redacted local JSON. This skill never calls a model, queries a live system, verifies a remote certificate, or changes external state.

The output includes an explicit status, findings, stable hashes and the fields needed by the next workflow step.
