Inputs

• - Google generative AI performance CSV exported from Search Console.
• Bing AI Performance CSV exported from Bing Webmaster Tools.
• A content inventory CSV with update date, author, sources, answer blocks, and structured-data status.
• A policy JSON and optional previous-state JSON.

Outputs

• - summary.json: current and previous periods, totals, and review gate.
• INLINECODE1 and CSV: source-level metrics for every visible page.
• INLINECODE2 and CSV: evidence, priority, owner role, and review steps.
• INLINECODE3: open deduplication keys for the next run.

Three-step workflow

1. 1. Validate report schemas and aggregate Google impressions and Bing citations by canonical URL.
2. Compare two equal periods and join each visible URL to the content inventory.
3. Merge findings into page workorders, suppress open duplicates, and wait for a human decision.

Boundaries

Impressions and citations are visibility signals, not rankings, conversions, authority scores, or proof of causation. The workflow does not query an AI model, manufacture mentions, publish pages, submit URLs, or promise inclusion. Every content or technical change requires human review.
