AI Video Delivery Quality Gate

Inputs

• - A local MP4 or other FFmpeg-readable video.
• SRT captions for the delivery version.
• A JSON shot manifest with timeline, asset IDs, origins, and AIGC declaration.
• A CSV asset-rights ledger and a JSON quality policy.

Outputs

• - summary.json: final PASS, REVIEW, or BLOCK decision.
• INLINECODE4: normalized ffprobe and detector metrics.
• INLINECODE5: rule codes, evidence, and repair guidance.
• INLINECODE6: every used asset matched to its rights row.
• INLINECODE7: machine results plus mandatory human-review items.

Three-step workflow

1. 1. Probe the rendered media and calculate black-frame, silence, and caption metrics.
2. Reconcile the shot timeline with the rights ledger and AIGC declaration.
3. Fix blocking findings, complete manual visual and legal review, then release.

Use examples/blocked_rights_manifest.csv to verify that missing rights change the result to BLOCK.

Boundaries

The workflow reads local files only. It does not upload, publish, purchase, download, or modify a media platform account. Machine checks do not prove copyright ownership, factual accuracy, likeness consent, advertising compliance, or visual quality; those items remain mandatory human review.
