Provide the audit JSON and a routing JSON with a routes array. Each route may contain incident_id, account_scope, case_ref, owner, and boolean approved.

Rules and boundaries

An item is READY_FOR_MANUAL_CASE only when the audit has no blockers and the route has an owner, case reference, and explicit approval. Otherwise it is BLOCKED_FOR_REVIEW. The script never submits a case, edits Feedback Manager, contacts buyers, or requests removal of feedback.

Keep account scope, case references, and evidence references redacted to the minimum needed for the operator. Do not include credentials, cookies, buyer identity, feedback text, or private case contents.
