Audit a redacted snapshot of Amazon seller-fulfilled SKU handling-time settings and recent observed handling days before an operator changes shipping settings.

Rules and boundaries

• - Custom/handmade and heavy-bulky LTL records are marked out of scope.
• AHT enabled, missing configuration, missing history, consistently faster history, and observed days over configuration are reported separately.
• The comparison is a transparent local review heuristic; it does not reproduce Amazon\'s internal calculation or predict enforcement.
• It does not edit handling time, enable AHT, create shipments, access Seller Central, or contact Amazon.

The result contains SKU-level findings, a summary, policy echo, and external_write_executed: false.
