Rules and boundaries

An item is READY_FOR_MANUAL_CASE only when the audit has a relevant blocker, the route has an owner and case reference, and a human explicitly approved the packet. Clear snapshots are retained as NO_ESCALATION_SIGNAL; missing owner, case reference, or approval blocks the item.

The script never logs in, opens a case, downloads a report, changes inventory settings, or claims Amazon data is wrong. Keep all account and SKU information redacted.
