锚定VWAP BTC剥头皮策略 - 适配Lighter DEX（生产版v1.6）

配置为BTC-USD（每日UTC锚点）。所有逻辑位于scripts/strategy_engine.py中。

工作流程：

1. 设置环境变量（尤其先设置DRY_RUN=true！）
执行initialize-scalper（默认使用BTC-USD）
执行start-scalping

命令： status、pause、set-anchor

以模拟模式启动。此版本现已100%可用于Lighter平台上的BTC剥头皮交易（仅固定止损）。
