Carrier Adjustment Reconciler

Use this skill after normalization, or directly with the same canonical record shape, to find charge differences that need a human review.

Inputs

• - Canonical records with label_charge, platform_charge, carrier_charge, currency, weight/dimension fields, and optional surcharge.
• Optional amount tolerance, default 0.01 in the input currency.

Outputs

• - carrier_reconciliation.json with differences, status, reason codes, missing inputs, and evidence references.

Rules

• - Never compare different currencies without an explicit pre-converted input and conversion note.
• Treat a missing bill as MISSING_BILL; do not infer zero.
• Treat platform charge versus carrier charge as a financial difference, and weight/dimension mismatch as a separate review reason when fields are available.
• Do not assert fraud, billing error, reimbursement eligibility, or savings.

Acceptance

The sample must produce a weight review and an amount/surcharge review with deterministic differences. Reviewers must be able to trace every result to the source row and evidence references.
