Carrier Review Packet

Use this skill after reconciliation to make a traceable queue for a logistics or finance reviewer.

Inputs

• - Reconciliation records with status, reason codes, differences, and evidence references.
• Optional reviewer owner and review deadline labels.

Outputs

• - carrier_review_packet.json with anomaly summaries, evidence references, questions, priority, and NOT_FOR_AUTO_SUBMISSION.

Rules

• - Keep evidence references as labels only; do not read or upload the referenced documents.
• Never file a claim, open a case, contact a carrier, change a settlement, or book an accounting entry.
• Mark missing proof as EVIDENCE_REQUIRED and keep the reviewer decision blank.
• Do not claim that a charge is wrong or refundable.

Acceptance

The sample must create review items for non-MATCH statuses, preserve the shipment and order references, and show the submission block on every item.
