Competitive Intelligence Evidence Digest

Procedure

1. 1. Collect only public-permitted or licensed source events and map them to references/event-contract.md.
2. Run scripts/build_intelligence_digest.py with a fixed analysis time, watchlist, policy, and previous state.
3. Review every high-score evidence card against its source before assigning product, sales, marketing, or executive action.

Guardrails

• - Do not bypass login, CAPTCHA, paywall, robots policy, rate limits, or platform controls.
• A changed page or repeated phrase is a signal, not proof of a business decision.
• Preserve source URL, publication time, capture time, match terms, and score breakdown.
• Redact personal contact details from evidence excerpts.
• Use next_state.json to suppress already-seen evidence.

Outputs

The workflow creates candidate records, evidence cards, a Markdown digest, duplicates, rejected records, an audit log, and next-run state. It never publishes or contacts competitors.
