Ecommerce Review VOC Workorders

Use this workflow only with review data the operator is authorized to process.

Procedure

1. 1. Validate the CSV against references/field-contract.md; stop on missing fields, duplicate IDs, invalid dates, or ratings outside 1-5.
2. Run scripts/analyze_review_voc.py with a fixed --as-of date, an editable taxonomy, a policy, and the previous state.
3. Review new_workorders.json with product, operations, quality, and support owners. Never auto-reply, auto-close, or write back to a marketplace.

Guardrails

• - Treat topic spikes as investigation signals, not proof of root cause.
• Redact personal data before evidence leaves the analysis step.
• Keep the source export immutable and record its SHA256.
• Require human approval for every suggested action.
• Use next_state.json in the next run to avoid duplicate workorders.

Outputs

The script creates classified reviews, topic metrics, all workorders, new workorders, duplicate-review evidence, a next-run state, and an audit log. See README.md for commands and acceptance checks.
