Input is three JSON reports: file contract, variable path, and extractor chain. Output includes a packet hash, upstream statuses, findings, and READY_FOR_HUMAN_REVIEW or BLOCKED.
Run python scripts/build_file_packet.py --contract contract.json --path path.json --chain chain.json --output packet.json. Fix malformed reports or review the repair queue and rerun. It does not call Dify or upload files.
The sample produces a stable packet hash, preserves all findings, and routes a REVIEW result to a human queue.
