Fulfillment Review Plan

Use this skill after scenario analysis to prioritize operational checks for a seller or warehouse team.

Inputs

• - Scenario reports with order id, assignments, remaining quantities, and review reasons.
• Optional owner and review deadline labels.

Outputs

• - fulfillment_review_plan.json with review items, evidence questions, priority, and NOT_FOR_AUTO_WRITEBACK.

Rules

• - Keep a blank reviewer decision until a human checks the platform and inventory snapshot.
• Do not change routing priorities, reserve stock, cancel orders, split orders, or send warehouse instructions.
• Mark stale snapshots and missing rules as evidence requirements.
• Do not claim the platform\'s final allocation will match the offline simulation.

Acceptance

The sample must create review items for split or shortage reports, preserve order and location references, and include the writeback block on every item.
