Gemini Omni upload eligibility linter

Use this skill before uploading a video to Gemini Omni Flash for an edit or end-of-clip extension. Supply a redacted media eligibility record. The linter checks the documented regional and media limits, then emits a local contract for the result audit skill.

For uploaded-video edit or extension, the current documented boundary excludes EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, limits uploaded input video to 10 seconds or less, and does not support voice editing. Audio references, YouTube sources, and multi-video reasoning are not accepted in the current API boundary. The tool only flags declared metadata; it does not decide whether a person or scene is policy-allowed.

Inputs

• - Operation, region, source type, duration, audio state, voice-edit flag, video-reference count, and sensitive-content declarations.

Outputs

• - gemini_omni_upload_contract.json with blockers and a stable hash.
• INLINECODE1 with the human rights and policy review boundary.

No upload, billing, or API action is executed.
