Order Capacity Gap Analyzer

Use this skill to test whether a shop can absorb an actual or forecast order peak under declared limits and capacity.

Inputs

• - Canonical capacity records with order limit, orders received, forecast orders, handling capacity, and optional buffer ratio.
• Optional forecast_weight to keep forecast distinct from actual demand.

Outputs

• - order_capacity_gap_report.json with peak estimate, remaining limit, capacity gap, status, and review questions.

Rules

• - Never treat a missing limit as unlimited.
• Keep platform limit risk separate from staff/warehouse handling capacity risk.
• Mark forecast-driven results as scenarios, not facts.
• Do not change OVL, handling time, product availability, campaign settings, or customer promises.

Acceptance

The sample must produce an OVL-near result and a capacity-exceeded result. Every result must show the input date and whether the risk is actual or forecast-driven.
