Order Capacity Review Plan

Use this skill after gap analysis to prioritize checks before a promotion, livestream, holiday, or staffing change.

Inputs

• - Gap reports with platform, shop, date, status, reason codes, and review questions.
• Optional reviewer owner and campaign label.

Outputs

• - order_capacity_review_plan.json with priority, checks, evidence references, reviewer decision, and NOT_FOR_AUTO_LIMIT_CHANGE.

Rules

• - Keep reviewer decision blank until platform status, timezone, staffing, and forecast assumptions are checked.
• Do not change OVL, handling capacity, shipping promise, product status, campaign, or staffing plan.
• Treat forecasts as scenarios and do not claim a limit will be raised or removed.
• Do not open an appeal or support case.

Acceptance

The sample must create review items for OVL or capacity risks, preserve platform/date references, and include the settings-change block.
