Sellable Quantity Reconciler

Use this skill to explain why a SKU\'s total quantity does not equal its sellable quantity in a supplied snapshot.

Inputs

• - Canonical records with total, available, locked, reserved, reason breakdown, and optional held_since timestamp.
• Optional duration threshold in hours.

Outputs

• - sellable_quantity_audit.json with bridge differences, reason coverage, status, duration flag, and review questions.

Rules

• - Compute explained_total = available + locked + reserved; never infer a missing bucket as zero when the source omitted it.
• Mark missing reasons as UNKNOWN_HOLD_REASON and duration over threshold as STALE_HOLD_REVIEW.
• Do not claim units are unavailable for sale unless the source platform label says so.
• Do not write inventory, change campaign allocation, or open a case.

Acceptance

The sample must produce a covered breakdown for one SKU and an unknown-reason review for another. Every result must cite the source row.
