Use this skill after clip opportunities have been selected. It makes the product facts, claims, captions, cover, price, inventory, policy, and platform-rule checks visible before a human editor exports or posts a clip.

Input and output

• - Input: ranked candidates, redacted product facts, claim references, and a platform rule status.
• Output: livestream_clip_compliance_packet.json with manual edit briefs, flags, stop conditions, and a publish gate.

Procedure

1. 1. Supply the candidate output and a fact sheet with no customer data or credentials.
2. Run python scripts/build_clip_compliance_packet.py --candidates candidates.json --facts facts.json --output livestream_clip_compliance_packet.json.
3. A human verifies the live product page, price, inventory, claims, music/media rights, and platform rules before editing or publishing.

Boundaries and recovery

This skill never edits video, uploads a clip, schedules a post, adds a product, or publishes a claim. Unknown facts become HUMAN_FACT_REVIEW; a failed rule status creates STOP_PUBLISH_REVIEW. Malformed JSON exits non-zero.

Acceptance

The sample must create a manual review packet for a valid demonstration and a stop flag when the product fact or rule status is incomplete. Output must show external_publish_executed=false.
