Analyze wearable health CSV exports (steps, heart rate, sleep, calories, SpO2, exercise, distance) and produce compact JSON reports for hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, sleep (last 30h) and cross-temporal alerts. Use when running or packaging Skill Health analyses and when explaining output semantics, data quality, or known caveats.
从 scripts/ 运行分析脚本，需指定 --data-path（ZIP文件或文件夹）或 --data-dir（包含 healthdata* 的目录）。每个脚本会将JSON输出到标准输出，也可通过 --output-dir 写入文件。
通过 --timezone（IANA格式，例如 Europe/Madrid、America/New_York）可在UTC序列化前正确解析无时区CSV时间戳。
