Supplier Quote Evidence Scorecard

Procedure

1. 1. Map supplier quotations to references/quote-contract.md and configure one explicit scoring policy.
2. Run scripts/score_supplier_quotes.py with requirements, policy, previous state, and a fixed analysis date.
3. Review the score breakdown, source reference, risk flags, clarification questions, and sample checklist before contacting a supplier or placing an order.

Guardrails

• - Never place an order, send a message, or commit funds automatically.
• Preserve quote source, currency, validity, MOQ, lead time, certificates, payment terms, and scoring breakdown.
• Treat missing freight, duty, tax, testing, and compliance costs as unknown rather than zero.
• Redact email addresses and phone numbers from notes.
• Use next_state.json to suppress already-processed quote versions.

Outputs

The workflow creates a supplier scorecard, ranked shortlist, clarification questions, sampling checklist, rejected quotes, an approval packet, audit log, and next-run state. Every proposed action requires human approval.
