1. 1. Copy and redact the authorized source data using examples/input.json as the schema.
2. Run python scripts/cluster_ticket_themes.py --input examples/input.json --output examples/output.json.
3. Review the structured result and hand only approved fields to the next workflow step.

不调用模型猜测主题，不读取原客服账号，也不会回复客户；未命中规则的工单保留为人工分类。
