Tractus-X EDC 连接器技能（v3 API）

使用此技能通过 v3 API 与 Tractus-X EDC（Eclipse 数据连接器）控制平面进行交互。

配置

设置以下环境变量：

• - EDCCONTROLPLANEURL - EDC 控制平面的基础 URL（例如 http://localhost:9192）
