Use this skill after an authorized WAN 3.0 job when a brief required a continuous take and exact in-frame text. It audits a redacted observation receipt for unrequested cuts, text mismatch, text-window coverage, and missing human review. It does not decode, download, upload, or release a video.

The receipt is supplied by an operator or another media inspection tool. It should include requested_single_take, requested_text, observed_segments, text_observations, watched_video, heard_audio, rights_confirmed, and policy_checked. An exit code of 0 means the receipt is internally acceptable for human release review; it is not a quality guarantee.

Gates

• - Any unrequested hard_cut, dissolve, or ghosted_transition creates a review finding.
• Each requested text item must be observed with an exact match, legibility, and overlapping time window.
• The operator must confirm the whole clip was watched, audio was checked when present, rights are confirmed, and policy was checked.
• INLINECODE11 always remains false. A human must make the final release decision.

Failure boundary

This is a receipt auditor, not a video decoder or OCR engine. If observations are absent, contradictory, or manually unverified, it returns REVIEW_REQUIRED. Do not retry a paid generation solely because a receipt is incomplete; correct the evidence or inspect the clip manually.
