Use this skill before an authorized WAN 3.0 document-to-video attempt. It checks the one-file-or-one-link boundary, file size/pages, duration/resolution, factual-source instructions, and a redacted fact list. It never uploads a document, opens a link, or calls a model.

The input must contain one source object with kind set to file or link, plus duration_seconds, resolution, facts, and a prompt. For a file, use a redacted name, format, size in MB, and page count. For a link, set publicly_accessible only after the operator has checked it. Exit code 0 means the redacted request is structurally ready for a human handoff; exit code 1 means hold it.

Checks

• - Exactly one source is supplied; a file and link cannot be combined.
• Files are at most 100 MB and 50 pages; a link must be marked publicly accessible.
• Duration is 2-30 seconds and resolution is 480P, 720P, or 1080P.
• The prompt explicitly names the source as factual, preserves numbers and labels, and forbids invented claims.
• Each expected fact has a stable id, value, and required flag.

The report intentionally says api_call_authorized: false. Current document ingestion may be available on a provider\'s own surface while not being exposed by every hosted queue API; the operator must verify the actual route and region.

Human boundary

Confirm source rights, privacy, public accessibility, account/region, current model availability, cost, output URL retention, and content policy before any upload or paid generation. After generation, use the companion grounding auditor and inspect the actual video, charts, labels, and narration.
