WAN 3.0视频延展预算契约

Use this skill before an authorized WAN 3.0 video extension or edit request. It checks the input/output duration budget, adaptive-ratio intent, source receipt fields, and boundary-preservation instructions. It does not read, upload, download, or call a model.

Input is redacted JSON with input_duration_seconds, output_duration_seconds, operation, ratio, preserve_audio, and boundary. Exit code 0 means the request is structurally ready for an authorized handoff; exit code 1 means hold it.

Checks

• - Operation is extend_forward, extend_backward, or edit; positive output plus input duration is at most 30 seconds.
• The request uses adaptive ratio and states whether audio should be preserved or regenerated.
• The boundary identifies the source end or start, asks to preserve identity/scene continuity, and has a review tolerance.
• No real media URL, credential, or private identifier is required.

The report keeps api_call_authorized: false. An operator must verify the current regional endpoint, access, billing, source-video rights, and actual extension semantics before submission.

Human boundary

After generation, compare the source boundary and new segment manually for composition, subject identity, motion, lighting, audio, duration, and unwanted edits. Use the companion auditor; never treat a structurally valid budget as a continuity guarantee.
