wip-repos

仓库清单协调工具。如同文件夹结构的Prettier。你可以整天随意移动文件夹；同步时，一切都会自动恢复到清单指定的位置。

何时使用此技能

使用wip-repos的场景：

• - 检查文件系统是否与清单匹配（check）
• 移动仓库以匹配清单（sync）
• 向清单添加新仓库（add）
• 在清单中移动仓库（move）
• 从清单生成目录树（tree）

在以下操作后使用：

• - 克隆新仓库后
• 在类别间移动仓库后
• 向组织添加新仓库后

请勿用于

• - Git操作（请直接使用git）
• 在GitHub上创建仓库（请使用gh）
