Workflow Migration Release Gate

Scenario

Use after inventory, source-target diff, and reference mapping are complete, before enabling the migrated workflow.

Input and output

Input contains inventory, diff, and references report objects plus optional rollback_owner and rollback_snapshot. Output has decision, blockers, review_items, rollback_checklist, and packet_hash.

Execution and recovery

Run the example command. Missing report objects or malformed input returns a visible error. Any upstream REVIEW, missing reference, changed node, or changed connection keeps the decision conservative.

Acceptance and privacy

The gate is a human approval aid only. It does not activate, publish, delete, overwrite, or call a platform. Use redacted reports, keep the rollback snapshot under the buyer\'s own control, and validate the target in a test environment first.
