Workflow Structure Normalizer

Turn a redacted workflow export into a deterministic structure contract.

Scenario and prerequisites

• - Use before importing or sharing an AI workflow template.
• Input is a redacted JSON export; it must not contain credentials, cookies, tokens, or private customer data.
• Python 3.10+ and the standard library are enough.

Input and output

Input needs a nodes array and may contain connections. Each node should have a unique id, name, and type.
Output is READY or BLOCKED, with node counts, connection counts, unknown references, and a stable schema_hash.

Execution and recovery

Run python scripts/normalize_workflow.py --input examples/input.json --output examples/output.json. Fix missing IDs, duplicate IDs, missing types, or dangling connections, then rerun. The script never imports, edits, or sends a workflow.

Acceptance

The included sample produces READY, a non-empty hash, four nodes, and no dangling references. The broken sample produces BLOCKED with explicit reasons.
