Inbound Lead Human Review Packet

Scenario

Use as the final handoff before a person decides whether and how to contact an inbound lead.

Input and output

Input is a redacted lead contract, a deterministic score, factor contributions, and review rules. Output is a queue packet with evidence references, missing information, proposed next action, and an explicit no-automatic-send state.

Execution and recovery

Run python scripts/build_packet.py examples/input.json. If the packet is held, supply the missing redacted evidence and rerun; no external send or CRM mutation is performed.

Privacy boundary and acceptance

Use placeholders and hashes only. Acceptance requires one packet per input, preserved scoring evidence, a visible hold reason, and a human decision field.
