Read README.md, then run scripts/normalize_inventory_snapshot.py with authorized and redacted inventory planning metadata. The script is deterministic and local-only. It never logs into a store or ERP, changes stock, selects a supplier, sends a purchase order, contacts a supplier, reserves budget, or approves a replenishment decision.
