Audit a redacted order snapshot against buyer-supplied TikTok Shop SFCR policy settings.

Input

Pass JSON with policy and orders. Each order may include order_id, stage, cancelled, cancellation_reason, seller_fault, fbt, creator_sample, and source_ref.

Rules and boundaries

• - The local denominator includes confirmed non-sample orders in the To Ship - Awaiting Shipment snapshot.
• Seller-fault cancellations count in the numerator unless the order is FBT; Creator sample orders are excluded from the local denominator.
• Inventory, pricing, missing authenticity certificate, missing valid tracking, recall, unpaid postage and counterfeit-label reasons are treated as seller-fault candidates.
• Missing stage, reason or source reference is sent to review; this is a transparent local heuristic, not TikTok\'s internal result.
• It does not cancel orders, refund buyers, change inventory, access Seller Center or submit an appeal.

Output

The result contains order-level decisions, SFCR numerator/denominator, policy echo and external_write_executed: false.
